You are not just getting a DVD, you are able to choose a 12 week workout program designed for you.
GETYOUINSHAPE.COM is committed to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. We have put together a 12 week exercise and workout program that you can choose from the five different workout segments on the fitness DVD. Being able to choose a program that fits your schedule will help you stick to a long term program so that you can stay consistent and get great results. There are 36 different 12 week plans to choose from. You will be able to choose a fitness level to start from, how many times per week you can commit to working out with the exercise DVD, and how many minutes per workout you can commit to doing each workout.
Beginner – You are brand new to resistance training and exercise or have not worked out in over 6 months
Intermediate- Resistance training and exercise for 3 days a week on and off, and are looking for a new fitness challenge.
Advanced- Resistance training or and exercise at least 4 days a week, but need a new exercise program to change thing up.
