My name is Brad Linder, and I am the owner of a local
Coppell health and fitness business called Get You In Shape
and we are excited to have our 2nd Annual Boot Camp 4 Packacks that will
benefit the Coppell School District. We are teaming up with other people
in the Coppell community and make a difference in the lives of the youth
in the Coppell community. We know that with your help and the help of
others in the Coppell area, we help those less fortunate kids be able to
have a backpack and schools supplies. Other local business and
companies are helping to make this event be a success.
My wife, Cynthia was a teacher in Coppell for 5 years before joining Get
You In Shape full-time. She has also been the Special Olympics
Basketball Coach since 2007 and continues to love being able to coach the team. This is one reason why we are so excited about
Boot Camp 4 Back Packs. Being able to team up with the community and
give back to and being able to help Coppell ISD. It is important
to know that we cannot put this event on without your help and you
making a difference.
What is Boot Camp 4 Back Packs? It is a simple way to help raise
school supplies and back packs for Coppell ISD and also get fit at the
same time. There will be a few ways that you can be a part of this and
you do not have to actually do the Free Boot Camp workouts that are
given to each person that signs up. Simply put, this is a fundraiser for
all Coppell schools and all back packs and school supplies that will be
raised from the event will be given to Coppell ISD and evenly dispersed
amongst all the schools in the district. We will also be giving away a
12 - Week Body Transformation System to everyone that signs up and
donates.
What are the ways that you can help or be a part of this?
1. Sign up and donate and we want to get you fit for helping. You will
get a 12 - Week Body Transformation System and 3 Free Boot Camp Sessions. Each
boot camp session will be on
Saturdays in August and will be designed so that ANY FITNESS level can
participate. You will workout with a group of people who are all in it
for the same reason as you. All you have have to do is sign up below and
giving a back pack and school supplies (or whatever you can give) . We
know most people are turned off by the term "boot camp" but we promise
you that you will go at your own pace and you will be able to go at your
own speed. You can see many of the hundreds of testimonies we have our
our YouTube Page.
Once you sign up, you will receive the information as to when and where
the boot camp session are in August. You will also get a FREE T-Shirt
by participating in one or all three of the Free Boot Camp
Sessions in August. The Free Boot Camp sessions are just one way to
say thank you for donating a backpack.
2. We understand that some people may not want to take advantage of the
Free Workouts. You can sign up and just bring a back pack and
school supplies (or whatever you can give) to one of our drop off
points we will have in Coppell. Once you sign up you will be emailed
information as to where the drop off points are and when you can drop
them off. We have a lot of folks
that are helping us in this event so there will be a lot of options for
you to drop off your backpacks and supplies.
4. Get your company to help in the event.
PepsiCo is a Corporate Sponsor of this event and your company can be to. We have flyers that
you can help distribute at your work and you can also have a drop off post at your
company so they can just bring back packs and school supplies (or
whatever they can give) to work to help.
