How long is the Get You In Shape Coppell Fitness Boot Camp?

The Get You In Shape Coppell Fitness Boot Camp lasts for 26 days. Each exercise or workout session will be one hour long. The Get You In Shape Coppell Fitness Boot Camp meets 3 times a week for a total of 12 workouts over the course of 4 weeks. Each Participant will also be able to make up 2 sessions during 2 Saturdays out of each boot camp. Each Get You In Shape Coppell Fitness Boot Camp participant will be given an accountability calendar that will help them stay motivated throughout the 4 week program. There are 10-11 Fitness Boot Camps per year so there is not much time in between for those that want a consistent Fitness Boot Camp class.
