Playing
professional basketball and getting my education in
health and fitness, I knew how important it was. After
my playing days and just looking to get back in shape, I
started a nutrition and exercise program. After
a month, I had lost 2 inches off my waist and lost a
total of 8% body fat in 3 months. The other part to
the story was that I gained close to 10 pounds of muscle
