"I played basketball against Brad in college and saw him again a few years after college at a NBA Hoop-it-up. I could see that he had put on some muscle and was more athletic. Get You In Shape Fitness and Weight Loss Testomonials and ResultsPlaying professional basketball and getting my education in health and fitness, I knew how important it was. After my playing days and just looking to get back in shape, I started a nutrition and exercise program. After a month, I had lost 2 inches off my waist and lost a total of 8% body fat in 3 months.
