Get You In Shape Certified Personal Trainer Cynthia Linder. Cynthia is the lead personal trainer for the Get You In Shape Boot Camp 4 Kids.

Cynthia Linder is a Cooper Institute Certified Personal Trainer.  She is the lead instructor for the popular Get You In Shape Boot Camp 4 KIDS as well as assistant trainer for the adult Get You In Shape Fitness Boot Camps.

Cynthia has been interested in health and fitness for the past 10 years.  By achieving her own weight loss goals of losing 35 pounds and going from a size 12 to a size 2/4, she understands the desire people have to lose weight and change their lives.

Individuals who have noticed Cynthia change her life naturally asked questions.  She found it very rewarding to help others become healthier and happier.  Her empathy and compassion for those seeking to make positive changes in their lives lead her in the direction of becoming a personal trainer.  She has learned a great deal and has received an extensive education from working with her husband, fitness and nutrition guru, Brad Linder, founder of Get You In Shape.

Obtaining a Masters Degree in Special Education in 2004 makes Cynthia the perfect candidate for working with kids in making fitness fun, motivating, and something they enjoy doing.   As previously mentioned, she had the opportunity to study at the world renowned Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas.  Not only has she come away from the Cooper Institute as a Certified Personal Trainer, but has also passed other challenging and enriching courses at Cooper such as “Coaching Healthy Behaviors in Children” and “Nutrition”.

Although she loves being a teacher, she finds it equally rewarding helping educate people about their health and wellness. Cynthia stays busy being the coach of the Coppell Special Olympics basketball team, educating others on nutrition, and acting as Department Head for the Special Education Team at the Coppell Middle School East where she teaches.
