What was your life like before Get You In Shape?

Before joining I was attempting to workout on my own at a gym. No real accountability and no specific workouts.

Why did you decide to join the Get You In Shape program?

I joined to be held accountable for my goals and to be able to just show up without a plan.

What was your first impression of Get You In Shape?

First impression was that this is, or at least can be as hard of a workout as you want it to be.

What have been some of the tools you have used that have benefitted you?

The greatest tool that has benefitted me was writing down my goals to make them real. This confirmed my commitment to myself.

How is Get You In Shape different from other programs you have tried before?

In the past I have enjoyed CrossFit. This is similar in the structure, but much less wear and tear on my body. This is good for tone, cardio, and a healthy lifestyle. It is not for building bulk. You would have to supplement with some heavy lifting on your own to get that.

What results and benefits have you experienced with Get You In Shape?

The routine has created a better sleep pattern and mood for me since starting. It hurts in a good way that reminds me of why I am doing it.

What would you say to anyone looking at this program?

If you need a program to get in shape, or in some cases just keep you in shape, but don’t have the time or will to write it and stick with it, this is a great opportunity. No thinking, no planning. Just show up.
