After everything that happened in 2020, Reymund and Cynthia found themselves in a place many people can relate to.

For Reymund, the situation was more serious.

He had been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and was taking three different medications just to manage his A1C.

He knew the path he was on wasn’t sustainable.

At the same time, both he and Cynthia shared a deeper reason for wanting to change.

  • Noticed improvements in strength, toning, and consistency

But for Cynthia, something else mattered just as much…

She actually enjoyed the workouts.

Working out outdoors, in a positive environment, made it something she could stick with.

About 2½ years into his journey, Reymund experienced something incredible.

👉 His doctor declared his diabetes in remission
👉 He was taken off all medication

From three medications… to none.

Today, over three years later:

  • Reymund is down 36 pounds
  • Has lost 7 inches off his waist
  • And is in the best shape he’s been in since his teenage years

Overcoming Setbacks and Staying Consistent

Cynthia’s journey had its own challenges.

She underwent a hip replacement in 2023, which temporarily sidelined her.

But because she had already built a strong foundation…

Her recovery was faster this time.

And she got right back on track.

Today:

  • She’s down 24 pounds
  • Lost 21 inches
  • Stronger and more energized than she’s been in years

Why They’re Still Going After 3+ Years

And one of her original goals?

A ski trip.
