What if everything you thought you knew instantly shifted…

I love the nutrition industry and try to stay connected… but after 22+ years coaching, 20+ years in nutrition and 15 years owning my own health and fitness company, I recently had this happen to me – my mind was blown.

I learned about a new technological breakthrough that could be one of the biggest of the 21st century.

These bottles in the picture represent 14 years of research and development and I have been piloting this technology for the last few weeks..

Now.. ..if you know me I have always stayed consistent in my workouts and eating relatively healthy 85-90% of the time.

NOTHING has changed except the 7 sprays a few times a day.

My Results ?

1. Weight – This is the main thing most people WANT as they start although once they FEEL better that becomes the more obvious benefits. I got on the scale this morning at 198. Over the last 2-3 years my weight has averaged 205-207 pounds. So I have lost 7-9 pounds since starting in about 5 weeks.. This is coming from someone who was already fit and just changed this. The 5-7 pounds is also all body fast since I have continued to include resistance training and did not lose any muscle as part of the 5-7 lbs.

2.Energy and Production – My wife, Cynthia, is having our 7th blessings next Monday. Needless to say, the last 4 weeks I have had to put in extra time helping the 6 kids so she can get some much needed rest. I have had more than enough energy and production to get through the days. I feel like the energizer bunny.

3. Cravings – I am like most people and struggle in late afternoon and evening. This has certainly helped.

4. Fitness – I feel like my body is doing what it’s supposed to do. I normally do a 5k 2-3 times a week but Sunday I FELT like running longer and ran the longes ti have in 2022 of 5 miles. I am recovering better and feel like I am getting more out of my workouts.
