Begin your free week of training.First off, know that you will go at your own pace and it’s called Fit Over 50 for a reason. You will modify and do alternate exercises based on your fitness level. We have Total Body Workouts on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s. Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are Core and Cardio Days and Saturday’s are designated as Mobility and Cardio days.  They will all be on your APP and each day you will see a lesson as well as a different workout to complete.  Your assignment is to complete the workout and answer the action tasks through the app (see the video above) Note: The Only equipment that you will need for the workouts is a fitness mat, dumbbells and a resistance band.
