Get You In Shape Tips and Information for the week
With only two more weeks left in the July Boot Camp, we encourage you to take advantage of us and call, email or stay after class. Asking us for extra help is just another advantage and tool we offer to each and everyone of our clients.
The tip of the week, product of the week, and other useful links are below.
This week:
1. Cardio Workouts
Tuesday (Wednesday for McKinney Ave) –
5 exercises rest 30 seconds in between each one. 1 round is 7 and 1/2 min
Pillar Bridges (the one on your elbows), Jumping Jacks, Jump Rope in Place, Run in place with high knees, Fast Jump Squats (don’t do a full squat)
Thursday (Friday McKinney Ave) –
5 minutes of core exercises
10 minutes at a pace in between slow and medium
21 minutes of 1 min slow, 1 min medium, and 1 min fast (7 rounds)
Saturday
Coppell Boot Camp – 7am and 8am
If you cannot be there, upper body, core and cardio this day
