Healthy Snacks for When You Need a Nibble

We all get hungry between meals. And there’s nothing wrong with grabbing a snack — as long as you choose something that supports your health goals.

Unfortunately, most typical snack options (like candy bars, chips, or highly processed foods) are packed with added sugar, salt, unhealthy fats, and empty carbs that don’t do your body any favors.

But the good news is that healthy snacking can be just as easy and way more satisfying — helping you stay full, focused, and energized without the crash.

Here are 10 quick and healthy snacks that are easy to prepare, delicious, and good for you.

10 Healthy Snacks to Keep You Fueled

  1. Hard-Boiled Eggs
    Protein-packed and low in fat and carbs. Prep a few at the start of the week for a grab-and-go snack that keeps you full longer.
