The Get You In Shape Boot Camp only takes a few weeks off during the year. June 28th-July 2 is one of those weeks. Get You In Shape used to take the week off and not hold any classes. Some boot campers suggested that we offered a time in the morning and a time in the evening for those who just don’t want to take a week off a chance to continue to workout that week. We will end our current 4 week program on June 25th and will start our next 4 week program on June 5th. If you would like to partcipate and workout during the week we are off the information is below. We will also be sending out a 3 workout plan for those that will not be coming to bootcamp next week to do on your own.
When : 5:30am (possibly 6:30pm if enough are interested and pay)

Cost? : $45 for anyone wanting to workout this week.
$20 per session if you want to just come once or twice
