I did 5 circuits in 12 minutes. Breathing for 2 makes it a tad bit harder. 🙂
I did 5 circuits in around 11 minutes.
I did 4 circuits in 9 minutes and 51 seconds, hate the push ups…

It was hard today and HOT too! I did the 4 circuits in 13min 20sec. I hope I can improve it.
