What was your life like before starting the F.A.T. Method?

I got off track over the holidays. I know this about myself – I always think I can be that person that can have one slice of pie or I can have three little cookies and then stop. Because I see other people do that  “oh just have this little bite of chocolate and that satisfies me, but I’m just not that person. The little bite leads to another, and another. I got in a bad place, and did that day after day. I didn’t have any energy or motivation. I just kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow I’ll stop this. I didn’t feel good and I wasn’t sleeping good. I kept hearing about the F.A.T. Method and got in at the last minute.

 

What results and benefits have you experienced in the F.A.T. Method Program?

It was just a couple of days in that I felt the difference. I’m a real night owl and that hasn’t quite changed, but it is better. I feel more motivated and have a clear head. I definitely noticed that my sleep is better. I lost about 12 pounds during the FAT Method weight loss program in 8 weeks. My clothes feel much different. I’m real motivated to lose the next 10.

What would you say to anyone looking at this program?

Try it. You’ll feel different right away. The first week you can tell this is something different. What I really like is I feel like if I get off course, I can just do that reset. I mean I have Girl Scout cookies in the house that I’m not opening. I have noticed that I enjoy my food more and I enjoy preparing it more.
