What was your life like before starting the F.A.T. Method?

Four years ago, I said I was ready to start Get You In Shape and had good initial results. Recently I saw I had slowly gained weight. I wanted to lose 20 pounds and talked to Brad and he told me about the F.A.T. Method. I wanted something to halt the gain and hopefully turn it around. I wasn’t looking for pills. I needed something to shake things up a bit.

 

What results and benefits have you experienced in the F.A.T. Method Program?

The immediate benefit was that I didn’t have to change a lot. I was already working out three times a week. GYIS is not hard, it is a ritual for me, and I feel good when I do it. When I travel, I don’t feel good if I miss it, so I turn to the videos. I have lost 16 pounds over the 8 weeks using the FAT Method. Once I was able to lose 10 pounds and clothes fit better. The confidence you get from feeling better. My mile times are better. When I’m on the road it’s easy to me to stick with the program.  

What would you say to anyone looking at this program?

It’s very flexible. You don’t have to follow a rigid program. If you miss something or don’t feel comfortable with something you can adapt. It works and I’m proof. This will get you moving in the right direction.
