but really, I can really do pull ups quick, pushups still kinda hard I cant get all the way down!

I lost count but either 8 or 9 rounds plus 5 pull ups and 9 push ups! Boy, was it hot and humid out…
Six circuits–we had (3) people, so there were times when we had to wait to use the pull-ups bar.
10 circuits, all pull ups and 3 push ups
5 complete rounds.
Five…the only way I could count was to switch my grip at each time on the Equalizer!
