Tolbert Pittman has recently finished his eight weeks on the F.A.T. Method

What was your life like before starting the F.A.T. Method?

I was miserable, my clothes didn’t fit. I was uncomfortable sitting at work. I would would see myself in the mirror and my t-shirt is creeping up over my belly. I said no, this has to stop. I’ve got a grandson now. I want to be able to play with him. I want to be healthy and it just wasn’t happening. I just had hit a wall and wasn’t making any progress. I had worked with Brad before. I told him I need help, and accountability.

 

What results and benefits have you experienced in the F.A.T. Method Program?

I lost 20 pounds, and people have noticed that I have lost. One day it might be 21, the next day it might be 19, but I don’t beat myself up about it because I’ve got tools now that help me get through. I’m going to keep working on it. I love the workouts every morning. They weren’t too hard, they were just enough and gave me enough time to get up, get the workout done, shower and go to work. I feel great all day.

What would you say to anyone looking at this program?

What I love about the F.A.T. Method is that it’s a mindset reset. It’s a lifestyle change because that’s what you need. You’ve probably tried the big gym, with the big trainer, and the big money and that hasn’t worked other than lightening your pocketbook. What you need is a lifestyle change. That’s worked for me.
